When are orders processed and shipped?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders placed before 5:00 pm CST are processed within 2 business days.
Can you get unused or used bottle caps from us?
Unfortunately, no. If we could we would because it is one of the top five most frequently asked questions.
What is the best way to contact us?
Email is our preferred form of communication as it helps us respond to customer requests quickly. Our receptionists take copious notes and we are able to answer 95% of questions via email. How do you return or exchange a product?
If we goofed up your order we will send you a return shipping label and provide you a full refund or replacement product. However, if you ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind we ask that you return the merchandise in its original packaging to the following address at your cost:

Please include your order number on all correspondence with us. It just speeds things up a bit. We follow this same protocols for exchanges.
How do we calculate shipping costs?
Shipping is obviously a necessary evil when shopping online. We've integrated our system with the U.S. Postal Service as it consistently offers the most reliable method of delivery. We constantly review shipping costs and work to reduce those costs whenever possible. Costs are calculated based on weight and zones, so if you're in Texas it's cheaper. If you live in New York, we love you, but it just cost more to get stuff to you.
