Why does it look like my order still hasn't shipped?

Around the holidays we see an increase in "missed" scans by the postal service. These are packages that are picked up and are not scanned at our nearby sort facility. We've seen packages go point to point without being scanned, but most often a package will be scanned when it arrives at a new sort facility in route to it's final destination.

I don't have or never received a tracking number from ShinerStore.com.
